A white tennis shoe is seen in the very first scene of the show ("Pilot, Part 1").

After his father's death, Jack Shephard felt that the corpse did not need new shoes, and instead gave his father an old pair of white tennis shoes that he had. Jack later attributed this to the fact that he didn't think his father was worth a new pair of shoes. Christian wore these shoes while in his coffin aboard Oceanic Flight 815. ("316")

Christian (or a manifestation of him) also wears the shoes when he tells Vincent to wake Jack up immediately after the crash. ("So It Begins")

Christian, wearing the same shoes during a visit with Jack.

The vision of Christian Shephard that Jack sees on the island also wears white tennis shoes. ("Walkabout"). Christian is seen once more wearing the same white tennis shoes when he calls for Jack in the reception area outside Jack's clinic, a few years after the Oceanic Six return from Island. ("Something Nice Back Home")

When Hurley peers into the window of Jacob's cabin, he sees Christian wearing the other white tennis shoe. ("The Beginning of the End")

From the scene in Jacob's Cabin, "The Beginning of the End".
