Interwiki Edit
Hi there. Notcied you dropped a message on User talk:Admin about interwiki links. We actually do have a Wikipedia interlink. [[wikipedia:John Locke|John Locke]] will appear as John Locke. Alternatively, you can use {{link|Whatever}}. This template will link internally at first, but if Lostpedia doesn't have an article with that title, it links to the English Wikipedia article on that subject. Hey. Thanks for your help. I just got a bit confused about editing my page. Your edit did fix my page using FF3 but Baker1000 told me it made my information box poke out the bottom using IE6/7. Bot Edit
Hey, I saw that Utilisateur:LOSTFR-R2D2 on the French LP is a bot with an incredible 16.075 edits and according to the Bot article it is designed to do various maintenance tasks around the Wiki, so I wanted to ask if you could help me create a bot for the English LP that can be used for tasks such as fixing double redirects or setting the {{theorytabtop}} on new theory pages or even adding unsigned templates to unsigned posts on talk pages. I'll do a research on Wikipedia about creating bots but a help from someone who manages a bot on LP like yourself would really help me. --Orhan94 23:27, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
- Well I'll use some of the guidelines on Wikipedia to start the bot during the summer, but I think that I'll first start one which can do the same things LostFR-R2D2 can (such as moving Dharma to DHARMA or The island to The Island etc.) and after that I'll try to make it fix double redirects, add templates to articles etc. --Orhan94 11:53, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
