Billboards
Edit
Greetings, and might I add, dilligent work on the Knoxville and NY billboards! I found a link to the LA image on Speaker's new blog, within the comments section. I'm pretty sure higher quality images exist out there, it just depends on where to look. Keep an eye on Speaker's blog, I have a feeling this will come in quite handy.
I've been noticing an interesting thread developing with the billboards and their displayed destinations. I am motivated to post a list of sorts to see where it could all lead.
Excellent! Good to see Nirvana fans are still out there! I guess by looking at my username, you could easily tell my favourite song of theirs. How about yours? --Aero*Zeppelin 19:34, 3 January 2008 (PST)
Indeed! I have a few good favourites. Ain't It A Shame is likely my favourite cover of theirs, You Know You're Right and the Unplugged version of Where Did You Sleep Last Night are my favourite posthumous releases, Breed and Territorial Pissings (with the obvious rest of Nevermind) and All Apologies are my favourites released during Kurt's life. As you mentioned, it's hard picking a favourite. The only thing more challenging, I guess, would be finding a song you don't like.
P.S. Damned my indecisiveness, I forgot to mention Mr. Moustache, lol. --Aero*Zeppelin 22:00, 3 January 2008 (PST)
Daniel's machine
Edit
Yes, I only deleted it because I saw it red-linked in an article and accidentally created a redirect to the ghostbuster device (wasn't thinking clearly!). If you want to recreate it, go ahead. -- Graft talk contributions 13:10, 6 March 2008 (PST)
- Good work on creating this article! My suggestion for improvement would be to add some details and pictures relating to the construction of the prop sourced from the February 28 video podcast. Robert K S 16:15, 6 March 2008 (PST)
DHARMA booth video
Edit
Hi, there! I noticed your edits to DHARMA booth video. There has been some discussion on that article's talk page regarding the topic you're referencing. Please take a look-see there before reverting the article. Thanks! ~Iridia talk contribs 07:24, 2 August 2008 (PDT)
- I, and the other users on the DHARMA booth video talk page also referenced the low-quality version of the video and came to the same conclusion - seeing as how that was the first version available to us. Would it not stand to reason that a higher quality copy would make more sense to reference rather than the recording (at ComicCon) of a recording (in the DHAMRA booth) of a recording (the original cam-corder)? Anywho, several users agreed that the like spoken by Chang was too questionable to be concretely documented as one thing or the other and no one was able to hear him say "Jennifer." But I welcome you to come to the article's talk page an make your arguments known to everyone who was involved in the conversation! Have a good one. ~Iridia talk contribs 07:31, 2 August 2008 (PDT)
- I noticed you made some sweeping edits on Dharma booth video without participating in the conversation on the article's talk page. Please contribute your thoughts to that conversation before making any reverts to the article. "Wrong" is not a very helpful edit summary, especially when you haven't taken part in the conversation. Thanks. ---- LOSTonthisdarnisland 00:46, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
Modern Items
Edit
Good luck! When I first put just the words with a headline, someone complained and took out the headline. We'll see what happens.--Jim in Georgia Contribs Talk 18:52, 14 February 2009 (UTC) Sorry, I read the history on the page wrong. I thought you had built that table.--Jim in Georgia Contribs Talk 23:48, 14 February 2009 (UTC)
RE:Admin power
Edit
While I'm not sure that "force" is the right word to use, yes, I could revert it. However, there is actually a video in which Davies confirms that he was in the video. No confirmation on "LaFleur" yet, though, so I'm going to remove it from the page. -- Sam McPherson T C E 04:40, 14 March 2009 (UTC)
RE:Compromise
Edit
I believe that I've come up with the solution (see the transcript). This is how it will stay until there is official confirmation that "LaFleur" is or isn't said. -- Sam McPherson T C E 04:09, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- Thank you. -- Sam McPherson T C E 17:37, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
RE: Music
Edit
I honestly don't see how these links could hurt. However, make sure what you link to is not in infringement of copyright. If the user reverts your edits again, let me know and I will talk to him. -- Sam McPherson T C E 02:04, 19 March 2009 (UTC)
Ban - 1 Week
Edit
This is the second time you've been banned for breaking LP:NPA. Please remember these rules when talking with other users. If you have a problem, contact an administrator rather than resort to PA's. -- CTS Talk Contribs 16:59, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
Reverting edits
Edit
It's against Lostpedia policy to delete edits from talk page so you should probably revert your edits and bring back CTS' comment. --Orhan94 23:53, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
Original
Edit
By "original" I meant something like this:
- Timeline where 815 never crashes. Season six flashes back to this extinct timeline. Ends with a reset that causes...
- ...A new timeline where the plane did crash. We follow this one.
I don't believe it's that, but I was just saying that it's possible. :P --Golden Monkey 06:16, February 3, 2010 (UTC)
Report
Edit
Hey, after your smart alleck remark here I noticed you had removed comments from your talk page and refered to them as "bullshit." Well I know you are aware that it is agianst policy to refer to others users comments as bullshit and you are also aware that it is against LP policy to remove contents from your talk pg. Blatant disrespect is not tollerated on this site and I have reported you to a sysop. -- B1G CZYGS Talk Contribs 01:36, February 4, 2010 (UTC)
Last Warning and 2-Week Ban
Edit
Dposse, you have been warned numerous times about this. I have been more than forgiving, banning you for only a week. You continued to remove talk page content disregarding policy. You have also left unacceptable remarks in your edit summaries when deleting your talk page content. This is you final warning regarding this, and if you break the rules again it will result in a permanent ban. -- CTS Talk Contribs 02:04, February 4, 2010 (UTC)
