its pretty clear to me after reading this that the entirity of lost has been one long elaborate Xanatos Gambit between jacob and the man in black. the question is: is it jacob or his nemesis who is on the winning end of such a gambit? maybe Nemesis pulled a Xantos gambit, but jacob double gambits him?
