Juliet: Oh, the irony!

I don't know if anyone has pointed this out yet, but here is some crazy, semi-probable irony:

  • Juliet was brought to the island to help with the baby birthing problem. She of course was wildly unsuccessful at her job, and after seeing several babies die on her watch, Juliet was a broken woman with very little hope for herself or her vocation.
  • There is a theory rolling around that the cause of the birthing problem was created by the detonation of the H bomb, and yet another theory that Juliet herself exploded the bomb with a rock and some end-of-life fury.

Could it be that Juliet is the bane of her own existence??
