A crazy theory about Locke

I've been pondering an idea lately which may or may not have merit. In the "Incident", Ilana asks Richard what lies in the shadow of the statue. Translated, the response he gives is "He who will save us all". At the time the question was asked, Locke's body was literally in the shadow of the statue. Now I know several people have already theorized that Locke might somehow rise from the dead. But I have a different idea. What if the FS Locke is the one who will save them? We see at the end of "Happily Ever After" that Desmond is planning to contact the people from flight 815 to "show them something". What if the FS Locke awakens to the OT and is conscious of the MIB and is somehow able to stop him? We've already seen how the MIB is affected by Locke's memories. Thoughts or comments on this crazy idea?
