This is a risky post for me, it might make me look pretentious

I wanna start off by saying that this is the abolute truth, and that I am in no way making this up!

A few years ago, I watched a film called Cube 2: "Hypercube"... Anyone else seen that? It's pretty cool :) As long as you don't take it too seriously... The film basically follows approximately 6-8 people, who find themselves enclosed in a giant cube, liturally. They basically have to work together to find a way out of the Cube, which is harder than it sounds. Sounds familiar if you compare them to the O815ers, and the Cube to the island... And i noticed this as i was watching it, which is why I came up with a few theories when I was watching it... and I SWEAR TO GOD that this is true!

Firstly, at one point, there is some kind of moving cube that cuts people up... Yeah, this is one of the moments in the film where you shouldn't take it too seriously lol. Anyway, at the time, The Smoke Monster didn't really have a persona like it did in Season 6. So i compared the killing cube to the Monster, as they didn't seem to be that much different at the time.

Secondly, Time doesn't move linearly in the "Cube". Sometimes the characters end up meeting past versions of themselves, and sometimes they see their future selves... Sometimes both at the same time...

Thirdly, As well as their own version of characters, the cube also incorporated parallel dimensions... The main characters would frequently run into different versions of their selves. At one point, they walk into the dead bodies of themselves. Apparently they seemingly die of starvation in an alterante universe...

Anyway, so my point is, that when i first watched this movie, I was between Seasons 2 and 3, and my thoughts were lituraly: wouldn't it be so interesting if Lost ended up like this. Then immediately after i thought, Lolll, no, Don't be stupid, Lost would never end up being that surreal. I'm kickign myself now lol, i'm so gutted, if i'd have posted this on the net, i'd be a millionaire by now! Well alright, maybe i'm exaggerating lol...

Other similarities... The main character is named Kate, and don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure Hurley is in Cube 3... But i could be wrong...

Another note, At the end of the film, only one character escapes, the main one... Just after she escapes, the whole cube disintegrates and disappears... A possible prediction to the Island's fate in the finale ?

So does anyone else have any theories they debunked so early in the series thinkgin it would never happen because "Lost would never be that surreal"... Like they get off the island but want to get back again? Just an example...
