Hey all, I have just signed up today to make comments... after 6 years of ghosting on all the forums/blogs etc! I've been meaning to sign up mainly to point this out, cos I don't think I've ever seen it mentioned...
In an episode (can't remember which), Jack is off island in a flashforward. He is working very late at the hospital when he hears the smoke alarm going off, so he goes to check it when he sees Christian sitting in the lobby. Jack is then interrupted and Christian disappears. Anyone ever found it interesting that Christian's presence and the smoke alarm are happening at the same time? Like he's setting it off, because he is in fact the smoke monster? Now, I'm not saying that this is what happened in the real world, but I think that this symbolises that Christian is a manifestation of smokey.
I don't think we've seen the last of Christian Sheppard, I think he's going to have to have a happy ending.
Do you think Christian has been used explicitly by MIB, or has his body been shared by Jacob and MIB? Could Locke's also be shared by MIB and Jacob... could we end with Locke vs. Flocke, like Superman 3!!!!!! (that would be hilarious)
Was Christian being embodied by Jacob in the mobisode where he tells Vincent to wake up Jack, for 'he has work to do'.
