I was re-watching "The Incident" and and it got me thinking, what exactly did Jacob died from? Ben stabbed him two times to the chest, Jacob felled to his knees, and said "they're coming" upon hearing this unlocke pushed him into the fire and Jacob's body was set on fire. What killed him? Unlocke, when though he found his loophole, he still couldn't physical kill Jacob, he got Ben to do it, but did Ben exactly kill Jacob? Jacob was still physically alive when he was push into the fire, what was the cause of death? If Jacob death was cause from the fire, wouldn't that mean that unlocke killed him and with that, wouldn't it mean that unlocke "changed the rules? Any thoughts?
