Knowledge is power.... esp. in LOST
So does anyone else agree that we know more about MiB, the guys whose name we don't even know, than we do of Jacob. I mean we know more about MiB's character, motives, goals, and tactics than we do of Jacob.
Mikhail Manifestation
So when watching some season 3 episodes I was amazed at how many times Mikhail was fataly wounded and pulled through (sonic fence, harpoon gun to the chest) Then I had a theory. What if after the sonic fence incident, Mikhail is simply smokie.
Smokie has been known to manifest as Alex, Yemi, Kate's horse, and the medusa spider that bit Nikki (ones confirmed by tptb) as well as possibly MIB, Christian, Robert, and the rest of Rosseau's crew. Why not Mikhail?
This might explain his knowledge of the different Losties, and why he seemed to know of "Jacob's list"

The Losties' Opinions On Time Travel
Just some interesting lines I found when I searched for "time" on Lostpedia definite foreshadowing in some of these.
Charlie says: "Really, last I heard we were positively made of time."
When giving the Rolex watch back to Jin, Michael says: "...since time doesn't matter on a damn island."

Idea on this season's "flashes"
I guess this could be considered a theory, but I inted it just something more like, food for thought.
I'll keep it short. We saw our losties flashing through time in season 5. What if we see them flashing through seperate realities or alt timelines in season 6?
Of course I have nothing to back this up. Not even sure if there will be an alt timeline or not, but i thought it was a cool idea.
Obvious Epiphany
We've all known for a while that leaving or arriving on the island can be a bit tricky time-wise. Apparently if you don't leave/arrive on presicley the correct bearing, there are time hiccups. I just thought maybe the bearing/angle on which you enter/leave the island affects just how big that hiccup is.
For example, the rocket from the freighter was delayed about half an hour. The doctor washed up hours early, and Ajira 316 went back from sometime in early 2008 to sometime in 2007. 815 stayed in the same year and exactley the same time but this was most likely because TPTB hadn't yet concieved of time travelling planes yet.
But what I just realized is that perhaps this applies to more than just physical things. Such as in season 1 when Sayid…
