2 Loopholes?(Richard and Locke)

Could there be more than one loophole seeing as Richard was the first "Loophole" and Locke was the second "Loophole". It seems that MiB brought Alpert onto his side in order to get Ben and Locke, and for Ben to kill Locke and realize his master plan, which was incidentally killing Jacob and getting off the Island. Now that Locke is "inhabited" as MiB's temporary body, what will happen to Richard, will he live, will he die, will he defect to MiB's side? I'm of the opinion that there were two loopholes and that MiB needed to find one in order to find the other one and that Jacob stood back and let him find them
