Heres a thought I had. First he is never near any of the danger. Camp, plane or sub? where is he? Second why scientists instead of soliders for help, maybe because they're not there for protection? Also he for years he could never find the island, finaly does and they move it. Then as soon as Flocke is in charge he shows up in a sub? Maybe he gets the island if he can get mib off it.
