Do they have to leave or do they have to stay?

Only two episodes left and the main characters are heading to the final crescendo on the plot. In OT we have Kate, Sawyer, Jack, Hurley, Miles, Ben, Richard (and maybe Franck) still alive on the Island and opposing both MiB and Widmore. We will see them running through the Island once again, but, with what purpose? I mean, after last episode we don't really know if it is good or bad that MiB leaves the Island or not. We don't know if all his Mother-Jacob good and evil chat is just a bunch of crap imagined by a mentally disturbed person. We don't know if the smoke is the original MiB (not a bad guy) or something else. So, what do yo think? Can the viewers choose a camp or are we just watching the remaining 3 hours like a match of some sport we don't know the rules of?
