Any ideas of why Flocke had to string along Jack, Hurley, Kate, Jin, Sun, Sawyer, et al with the hoax about flying the plane off the island? Seems he could have got the C4 any time he wanted. Was there any need to actually get them to go with him to the plane? Any rational person would have known it was impossible to fly off the island anyway(no runway, no fuel, oh and that big kink in the wing). Couldn't he just as easily got them to the same position by advocating taking the submarine in the first place? Just wondering.
