Black Rock in the Jungle/Broken Statue theory

One of my friends came up with an awesome theory that I think would be very cool to see happen:

In a Richard flashback, we'll find him on the Black Rock as it is approaching the Island as we saw it at the end of the opening scene of The Incident. The ship decides to land next to the Statue, where it sees people on the beach. The Man in Black, being angry at Jacob bringing more people to the Island, gets very upset and turns into the Monster, and picks up the Black Rock and carries it/throws it into the jungle, smashing it through the Statue in the process.

If they do well with the CGI, I think this would be an amazing scene to watch and would solve three mysteries at once. What does everybody think about this idea?
