It dawned on me while wathing the episode "the lie" that Ben Linus may very well be MIB. I've been trying to piece the mystery of MIB and his ability to embody the dead for some time now, and re-watching "the lie" gave me the idea that little ben actually died way back when in "whatever happened happened" and that MIB has been using Ben's body ever since to eventually kill Jacob in a lengthy and twisted storyline.
