I think it's rather interesting that when word came out that there would be a 20-minute "Lost" epilogue on the Season 6 DVD release, everybody seemed to be satisfied that would be a sufficient amount of time to address a number of mysteries that surrounded the series.
However, now that the total running time is now 11 - 12 minutes, I seem to see seeing all sorts of complaints that won't be enough time to cover everything and we're still going to be left wanting more.
I just think that's kind of funny that a lot of people think eight minutes can make that much difference.
