Just a question following "Across the Sea":

Damon Lindelof - I think on the season one DVD or something? - said that, as they knew particular parts of the mythology of the show from the get-go, they wanted to set things up so that, at the end, people could look back at these clues and say "oh, they did know what they were doing!". One example of this is Adam and Eve. So, did they always know therefoe that they would be MIB and his adoptive mother? I find it hard to believe they had alllllll that planned from the beginning but hey...what do you think?
