If LOST went Hollywood.....

As you've probably guessed by now, movies these days are pretty much all remakes, sequels, or adaptions. And they're remaking movies that aren't even that old, they're already remaking Scream for god's sake. So me and a friend were joking that when LOST is over and done with, 5 years down the line it'll go mainstream Hollywood and they'll make a shitty movie adaption or something with only huge actors. Who do you think they'd cast? See how bad you can make it.
Jack- Keanu Reeves
Kate- Angelina Jolie
Sawyer- Owen Wilson
Locke- Jack Nicholson (Alright, that might be cool to see)
Charlie- Leonardo Dicaprio (My least favorite actor)
Hurley- Fat kid from Superbad that I hate
Claire- Hannah Montana
Desmond- Johnny Depp
Juliet- Jennifer Aniston or Jessica Simpson
Walt- Gary Coleman
Ben- Christopher Walken (He is good though. But he is Hollywood)
Widmore- Anthony Hopkins (Also good, but Hollywood)
Mikhail- Arnold
Monster- Whoopi Goldberg

Yeah pretty funny stuff... Hollywood remakes EVERYTHING!
I have thought about this on a little more serious note.... wishful thinking really.
After the show is over... hey should make a movie that gives answers and other information they didn't have time/inclination to cover in the series.
That would be awesome... guess we should wait for end of S6 first !!

The show is going to end with Vincent leaving the Island, getting adopted and trained as a guide dog, then going with a blind child to see a movie. This movie, of course, is the story of the Oceanic Six, starring Keanu Reeves & Angelina Jolie.

But Keanu Reeves can't breathe heavily ever time he talks. I think they would put him more as a skinny Hurley type. Only because it would give him a chance to say "Dude"

oh brother... this list makes me appreciate the stellar cast of folks that actually play the roles. Hollywood really has some slim pickins these days doesnt it?
The best casting is Anthony Hopkins as Widmore. Probably the only non-downgrade of the bunch. Besides Whoopi of course.

Kate doesn't deserve someone like Angelina to play her. I'd say someone more like...Helen Hunt. And Nick Nolte circa mugshot days could play Jack.

But seriously this is all fun and jokes but if someone dared to make a movie about Lost I would make him suffer so hard that theyre childrens grandchildren wont even have a normal life. Lost is sacred!
