What I've Realzed About Lost

I'm a little behind in the rewatch...but after watching the first four episodes again I realized why somepeople drew away from Lost. And I still dissagree with all of their negative comments. Lost was not a mere tv show. Lost was an experience. It was a journey that we were all invited to go on. The problem was that it was forced inside the form of a tv show, and so it was suseptable to people viewing it as such. The fact of the matter is that tv shows are not perfect. Production errors occur. Writers can't just hand in 6 years of script and say "so this is the show in it's entirety". When a writers strike comes around don't you think that the story telling might be affected. Many complained that the later seasons did not feel like the original, but guess what.. THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT! That's like complaining that the anniversary wasn't as memorable as the wedding. I guess what I'm saying is that you shouldn't look at Lost as something that we used to watch, we should look at it as something that happened to us.

By the way......

You know what i like about lostpedia these days, most people who used to come on here to criticize Lost have left.
