There's been a lot of talk about banishment on the island, for example Ben and Widmore were both banished from the island, Smokey seems to have been banished from the temple, Locke banished Kate from the barracks, Hurley conned Sawyer into being nicer by suggesting he was going to be banished, and exile is a synonym for banish. Or maybe the alternate universe is his home and that's what he's trying to get back to, another reality. In another blog that got deleted because somebody didn't want to play by the rules, I suggested Time After Time as a title for the final episode. It's the title of a Cyndi Lauper song with lyrics about being "caught up in circles," a flashback, and being lost, which in itself relates to our favorite show, but it's also the title of a 1979 movie featuring two famous historical figures, H.G. Wells and Jack the Ripper, who are sent ahead in time. It's one of those "what if" scenerios, part sci-fi, part romance, part comedy, and part thriller with a super suspenseful, surprise ending.
