When the young boy told MIB that he couldn't kill him (probably Sawyer) because of the rules, MIB began shouting "don't tell me what I can't do" just like John Locke used to.
I think that this is highly out of character for MIB especially because he already made fun of John Locke (sort of) in a conversation with Benjamin Linus about this regular claim.
What do you think? Is this a indication that the real John Locke might still be alive inside of MIB (A)? Is MIB just to some degree infected by John Lockes memories and feelings(B)? Or is it just coincidence (riiiight ;) ), John Locke is dead and the MIB just has something in common with our deceased hero.

Here is my theorie of what Lost might also be about:
Jacob and his Nemesis are some sort of superhumans (call them gods if you like) stuck in a timeloop that started in ancient times (egyptian times at least) and ends somewhen after 2007 (after present time on island). The timeloop might even consist of all humanitys time on earth - from the first human civilisation to its end (end=valenzetti equation?).
They are like Phil Connors in Groundhog Day - they are special, they cannot kill each other directly (when Connors kills himself in Groundhog Day he immediately resets to the next loop) and they have no idea why it happens or for what purpose or how to stop it...
