I know this has probably already been discussed today, But last night the mysterious boy said to MiB that "You know the rules, you can't kill him". My first question is who is this kid, 2nd question who cant he kill, 3rd who made these rules, 4th what are the consequences for breaking these rules. Any thoughts, theories, other questions you have????
