My LOST Season 5 Predictions and Theories

The Island: In regards to the Island it has been moved not only through space, but time as well. This provides a greater difficulty to return to the Island. Since Ben has left the Island on multiple occasions he truly knows a way to find his way back, no matter how difficult. It would make the most sense to bring the Island to sometime near the present. I am guessing the Oceanic 6 will return to the in real time. So if the episode where they return airs on April 15, 2008 that is truly the date of their return in the show. (Note: This is similar to how the crash occurred on September 22, 2004 in the show and the show also premiered on September 22, 2004)

Who will return to the Island: • Ben: Although it is may be easy to believe Ben is going back for the “greater good” because of the events which occurred after the Oceanic 6 left, he still has his own hidden agenda to get back. And since he is the only one who knows how to get back, he will lead the “off-islanders” back. • Jack:

Jack always needs to fix things. Now that the Island and its residents are in trouble, he is ready to take action and fix what went wrong.

• Sayid: With Nadia dead, Sayid has little left for him back in the “real world”. He understands he can provide a great help at rescuing the Island and will go. • Hurley • Kate • Desmond • Aaron • Ji Yeon

Other: Jin: is still alive Charlie, Eko, Locke, and Desmond have all been duplicated and transported through time.

Return to the Island

Relation to Lost storyline: The Oceanic 6, Desmond, and Frank were rescued by Penny's boat. Ben teleported off of the Island. Now it is their destiny to return.

Escape from the Island

Outcome: Accomplished Episodes: "Through the Looking Glass, Part 1","There's No Place Like Home, Part 1","There's No Place Like Home, Part 2","Because You Left","The Lie","Jughead" A Team Members: Locke Also Involved: Richard Alpert Mission: Return to the Island. Corresponding O-Mission: Ben's plot to return to the Island. Corresponding F-Mission: None Background: To save the Island Locke must leave the Island. Discoveries: The man in the coffin is Locke, Jeremy Bentham is a code name for John Locke. Also, we will learn another way to leave the Island. Relation to Lost storyline: John Locke must leave the Island and bring back the necessary people to protect the Island.

Stop the Island from "Record Skipping".

Corresponding O-Mission: None Corresponding F-Mission: None Background: The Island must stop record skipping or something catastrophic could occur. Discoveries: The Orchid caused the Island to move through time. Relation to Lost storyline: The remaining survivors have been attacked by unknown people because they traveled back in time.

Survive With Dharma

Outcome: In Progress Episodes: "LaFleur","Namaste","He's Our You" A Team Members: Sawyer and later Jack, Kate, and Sayid Also Involved: Juliet, Jin, Miles, and later Hurley Mission: Wait for the Oceanic 6 to Return. Corresponding O-Mission: None Corresponding F-Mission: None Background: When Locke left Sawyer's group remained behind in 1974 where they need to survive. Discoveries: Sawyer's lie allows his group to survive with Dharma in the 70's Relation to Lost storyline: To survive and wait for the return of the Oceanic 6 Sawyer and his group live with Dharma. Now some of the Oceanic 6 have returned and they must find their way back to the future.

Get Back to the Future
