- Why do pregnant women die in their second trimester?
- Why do the Others bury at sea?
- How does the Island move?
- How did the drug plane get "all the way" to the Island?
- How did Claudia's ship get "all the way" to the Island?
- Why has no one asked why a flight from Sydney to Los Angeles crashed on the wrong side of Australia?
- How did Daniel get from Ann Arbor to the Island in three days, including submarine travel?
- Why didn't Daniel remove his tie?
- Where did Sun (and Hurley?) get enough money to buy a controlling interest in Paik Heavy Industries and why did TPTB even create this plot line?
- How do selected people routinely get from the Island to the Outside?
- What do the Others call themselves?
- How did the runway get built? (C'mon, you don't really believe they built it with pick and shovel and wheelbarrows, do you?)
- What does a map of the Island look like?
