Flashbacks:

  • Jay
    • After seeing the report of the fake Flight 815 wreckage, Jay shut off the television.
    • Shortly after turning the TV off, Jay got a call from Widmore, asking if he was still going to go on the Kahana, because he "believed" the wreckage was a hoax.
  • Nathan
    • Sam asked Nathan to join the crew of the Kahana to find Sonya.
    • Nathan agreed, wanting to find out the truth about his sister.
  • Mayhew
    • With Omar, off the coast of Florida, Mayhew shot clay pigeons.
    • As they did target practice, Mayhew got a call from Widmore, asking them to travel to Fiji immediately.
  • Murphy
    • Tori, Murphy's mom, begged him not to go on the freighter, convinced Verena and Jerome were dead.
    • Murphy said he wasn't so sure about their life status.
  • Oscar
    • Z-Man gave Oscar his fake passport.
    • Oscar thanked Z-Man for his help.
    • Z-Man told Oscar his real name, Zane Manner.

Present Day:

  • Kahana: Day 1
    • Jay saw Keamy check in with Naomi.
    • Jay checked in and passed Frank and Nathan on the deck.
    • Nathan and Frank talked about the wreckage being a hoax.
    • Nathan went to his quarters and passed Mayhew on the way.
    • Mayhew emptied his bag out in his room.
    • Leaving his room, Mayhew bumped into Murphy.
    • Murphy continued and dropped his bag off at his quarters.
    • Leaving his quarters, Murphy bumped into Oscar, who introduced himself as Edwin Phillips.
    • In his quarters, Oscar called Zane and told him that he was on the freighter.
    • Zane wished him luck.

Flashbacks:

  • May 1972
    • Nathan arrived at the hospital with his dad and met his new little sister, Sonya.
  • March 1988
    • Nathan arrived at Sonya's school and found her with a black eye.
    • After probing her for who gave her the injury, Nathan found the boy, Peter Fox.
    • Nathan threatened Peter, for injuring his sister.
  • September 1996
    • Sonya told Nathan that Sam asked her out.
    • She asked him to talk to Sam, to see what kind of guy he really was.
    • Nathan got a drink with Sam and found out that he cared dearly about Sonya.

Present-Day:

  • Kahana: Day 2
    • Nathan talked to Frank about Flight 815 and if they were just being paranoid.
    • Frank assured Nathan that the plane found by the Christiane I was a fake.
  • Kahana: Day 3
    • Nathan called Sam and told him that no one seemed to know anything about Flight 815.
    • Sam assured him that they were on the right track.
    • Sam told Nathan to be careful.

    • Heading towards the bridge, Nathan bumped into Murphy and officially met him for the first time.
