• A nomination system would be in place. Users would not be able to nominate themselves. The nomination would be discussed by the bureaucrats and sysops and the user would be promoted if it is determined that they are worthy and there is a need for more sysops. Requirements would include: 2,000 edits+, no counter productive edits, no vandalism, user for at least a year, active user, good discussion participation)

Rollback and CheckuserEdit

• All current and former sysops (They are eligible for speedy re-promotion if they come back.)

• There would be a page where users can nominate themselves or other users for rollback status. This would then be discussed by the bureaucrats, with input from the sysops and rollback users and the user would be promoted if it is determined that they are worthy. Some requirements would be in place: (i.e. 300 edits+, user for at least 3 months, no counter productive edits, active user, good discussion participation)
