| Hi. My name is Ersen. I'm 23 years old and I'm from Turkey. I speak Turkish, English and a little Arabic (being born in Iraq). I'm not a big-shot theorist, just a Lost fan and regular Lostpedia reader who sometimes makes minor edits and adds comments. |

|---|---|
| Sayid Jarrah | Not because he is Iraqi--Republican Guards have always been a nightmare for Turks in Iraq. I like the character because he's not as stupid as the others; he's always skeptical, aware of possibilities. His intuition was rarely ever wrong: He was right about Ben, Michael, Mikhail, Juliette... Other than that, he respects other people's wishes and he doesn't go on missions at the cost of the well-beings of others. He also questioned Jack's leadership on many occasions--that's always a good thing. |
| James "Sawyer" Ford | He's straightforward; he speaks his mind. Well, at least if he's not conning you. He's proven to be very useful. And he's sarcastic, and I love sarcasm. |
| John Locke | I like his connection with the Island, and the mystic, 'I believe' attitude. And he seems to be back in business. |
| Hugo "Hurley" Reyes | Dude, he's awesome. Not just as a comic relief, he's also a character with great potential, and I believe he'll have a much more important role in the course of events. |
| Ana Lucia Cortez | I liked her attitude and kind of a "bizarro Jack" situation. Too bad she was killed off so soon. |
| Mikhail Bakunin | Ukrainian counterpart of Sayid. Very promising character, dying so many times only to come back. And the accent. |
| Juliet Burke | Complicated, calm, ambiguous. Way more useful than Kate. I really hoped she would replace Kate. |
| Benjamin Linus | Speaking of ambiguity... This is a great character portrayed by an awesome actor. I believe he's not necessarily evil, but definitely not good either. A liar with a code of honor, let's admit, is at least interesting. |
| Alex | It's cool that Rousseau's daughter was added to the plot. And she seems to be one of the smarter characters, at least questioning things... Too bad she didn't prove to be much more than a bait. Or even to be a bait. |
| Daniel Faraday | This character is great, the absent-mindness, the way he talks and acts is just perfect. He's like the Hurley of the freighter team, except that he's a scientist. And he now seems to be more in control, knowing a lot of things that we're dying to know. |
| Least Favorite Characters | |
| Kate Austen | It's almost as if she's one of the Others trying to sabotage every plan of Losties. And she doesn't learn from her mistakes. I really really hate the character and wish so many times that she'd be killed but no dice. She's one of the Oceanic Six now. Damn. |
| Michael Dawson | Could he be any more self-involved? Even if it is for your kid, screw you if you think it's an excuse to just kill people, and kidnap others. Too bad he came back as a "good guy". Though I have to admit that I kinda did feel bad for him watching the old episodes. |
| Nikki Fernandez and Paulo | Do I even have to say anything about these people? Their addition to the show might not have been the best idea, but their instant kill-off was probably the worst. It officially confirmed that they were just there for no reason. |
| Charlie Pace | He had his moments but... Did we have to see that "he was a rock star" themed flash back so many times? We got it the first time. And his death was as stupid as humanly possible. He died for no apparent reason, and could have easily been on the other side of the door, which makes me think he's better off. People that stupid shouldn't live anyway. |
| Jack Shephard | He gets on my nerves, which is kinda ironic since he's a spinal surgeon. Not as irritating as Kate, that's for sure, but he's so stubborn on being wrong and too romantic to see the truth most of the time. As far as the pre-island lives go, he's the "best" guy so far. But I still don't like him. And look what happened because he left. Now he's regretting it. |
