My Lost theories:

Miles is most definitely the son of Pierre Chang.
(Proven false) Michael is the father of Sun's baby.
Walt is actually Abaddon, from the future
Smokey is the bad twin, and Vincent is the good twin. They can both take the form of animals.
(crazy theory) Widmore had an affair with Karen DeGroot, Charlotte is their love-child, and was born on the island as Annie. Widmore was afraid of her relationship with Ben (ala Desmond and Penny), so he staged Annie's death to make Ben feel responsible. Widmore then brainwashed her and left her in Essex as Charlotte. Ben still loves Annie, but doesn't know she's now Charlotte.
Hurley is the only character on Lost who can win in a fight against Smokey.
Smokie is actually Annie.
Smokie is an Egyptian booby-trap used to protect Pharaoh's tombs from relic hunters.

Personal jokes with friends:

Ben is related to or studied under Swan.
Hurley plays chess with Mr. Eko, ping-pong with Ana Lucia, Sexy 21 Questions with Libby, and Marco Polo with Charlie.

Lostpedia theories that I believe or like:

Sam Austin is actually Jin's father. This would mean Jin and Kate related by an ex-marriage, but not by blood.
Ben is unstuck in time, much like Desmond was in 'The Constant'.
The island is actually the lost island of Atlantis.
Claire died in the attack on New Otherton. Her ghost was not ready to leave until she made sure Aaron was okay.
~~Claire's mother Carole is dead, and her ghost was taunting Jack and Kate at the funeral ALA Christian.~~ Probably wrong, unless Carole's ghost collects legal settlements.

Lostpedia theories that I laughed at:

The island is actually a spaceship.
Smokie turned into a spider that attacked Nikki or Paulo. (Smokey was bored that day and there was nothing on TV.)

My ideas/theories for Season 5:

John will lose his legs, and because of this he will have nothing to fear by leaving the island. He will also fit in the small coffin.
To piss off drunk Jack, Ben and/or Kate will try to hook up with the other. Losted ep.4
Sun may end up marrying Charles Widmore, just to steal his money and/or murder him.
Rose is going to do something.
There will be plots for: Losties, the others, the O6, and also flashbacks/flashforwards. The first episode will explain how Daniel and the Zodiac get back to the island.
Daniel has a shot with Juliet and Charlotte. Together.
It will be revealed that somebody is related to somebody else.
