An Oceanic Airlines ticket agent was approached by Sun at Heathrow Airport. As Sun asks for a ticket to Los Angeles and hands over her passport, the ticket agent tells her to wait a moment. Sun is taken to a interrogation room where she is locked up, and approached by Charles Widmore, who claims that "they" (presumably the airport staff or the Oceanic Airlines employees) only do what he tells them to do.
