Lostpedia: Do you watch Lost? If so, do you have a favorite character or episode?
I love Locke. I think he is the character I relate to the most personally- as to how I would react in certain situations. I think he is a great actor too....
Lostpedia: Are there any interesting stories from your time onset?
Well... the time I was there was before Dominic and Evangeline's relationship went public, so they were making out quite a bit on set and it was hush hush at the time. They were having quite a bit of fun together. Dominic DJ'd at a going away party for one of the DP's at a club the night I arrived. It was really fun. I played pool with Evangeline and Foxy...and I won! The kid that played Walt was there, which I thought was funny since he was obviously waaay (sic) underage.
Lostpedia: Lost had not fully caught on by the time you acted on it. What made you want to be a part of the show? Did you think it would be as popular as it is now?
I wanted to be a part of it because it was a great script and a really well-respected casting agent. I had no idea how popular it would become, but I knew it was a really great show to be a part of.
Lostpedia: What was it like working with the Lost cast and crew?
The director was great...really intuitive and no nonsense. I loved working with Dominic- he was a very generous acting partner who gave a lot in all my scenes. A lot of actors of his caliber feel that they dont have to be bothered to actually "engage" with you. We had a few laughs coz (sic) the Aussie and British humors are very similar.
Lostpedia: What roles have you been doing since your appearance on Lost? Do you have anything planned for the future?
I have done alot of theater in LA and some ads...but currently I'm taking a break from acting to pursue a career in an insights company called CultureWav. We are also developing a B2B web capture tool that actually utilizes my acting skills for analysing "human behavior".
I'm about to go home and do that work from Australia, do more films & theater there, and snuggle up with a gorgeous Aussie bloke. I think Australia is an amazing hot bed of culture- I love the rawness and honesty of Australian films and some TV. Just the sunny landscapes are an inspiration for me so I can' wait to reconnect with my homeland.
