This Portal template translates a character name into a predefined portal (ie: CharPortalAA, CharPortalAB, CharPortalAC, CharPortalAD, CharPortalAF, and CharPortalAP).

If you wish to update the information for any particular character, you can do so by editing the individual character's portal image template (linked to for each character below). To update the image used in the portal, please see Template:PortalIMG for details on how to do that. To use a defected portal, simply add "|Defected" to the end of any portal name and that portal will be used (assuming it exists). For instance, using the code:
{{Portal|Jack|Defected}}
Will produce the portal:

The defected portals should only exist for characters who have changed affiliation at least once. If a character has changed their affiliation more than once, then their most recent affiliation should be listed. Currently, the valid affiliations are Survivors, DHARMA, The Others and Kahana.
