I could be mistaken, but I am pretty sure Gilgamesh died of natural causes at the end. When he fought the Bull of Heaven he defeated it early in the story.

CrosswordEdit

I forget which episode (in 1-10 of season 2) Locke is doing a crossword in front of the computer and puts in "Gilgamesh" as an answer.
