- It's in the style of all the other character group articles, like Science expedition. I'm just having trouble finding a screenshot (i.e. a point in time from any of the Season 5 episodes) that shows the whole group at once to use for the infobox image. - Now that four of the Oceanic Six have landed in Dharma times, does anyone else think a new page should be created that includes both the living members of Sawyer's group, as well as Jack, Kate, Sayid and Hurley? As this is a new faction/group stuck all together in one time, similar to Sawyer's group itself, it would seem convenient to do so. - Meh. There was a string of episodes ("The Lie" through "Namaste") wherein this group was distinct, and was being referred to as such even in the Enhanced episodes. (The name was used again--sorta--in the recent clip show, too--"Sawyer and his group".) - But Sawyer's group (this page) didn't last long either. The group trapped in the 70s will likely last at least until the end of the season, if not longer. And I think pretty much any name we use is a fan concoction; almost all of these factions were never given official names. What podcast hints are you referring to, precisely? - Which podcast are you referring to? I don't really want to go back and listen to all of them from this season. But anyway, chronological time doesn't mean much in terms of an article's relevance. It's the actual attention given to the subject of an article, I think, that determines this. Merging with LaFleur's group[]
I've proposed this merging because both are basically the same group. First they are just time travelling, later they are surviving with Dharma, then oceanic 6 came back, and finally they detonate Jughead's core in the Swan. Even with Locke joining and leaving in the shifts, and Sayid leaving and joining later; the group is integrated. Richard, Elly, Pierre Chang... - Now, now. "Sawyer's group" is the one with quasi-official recognition vis-a-vis the Enhanced episodes. I argued against the creation (what I considered to be a superfluous) LaFleur's group article (see discussion immediately above), but it got created anyway. Sawyer's group article is going to stay. It is too handy to use as a shorthand on too many other articles, as the group that ended up in 1974. If you want to consider a merge/deletion, propose it at LaFleur's group.
