Paternal/Maternal GrandfatherEdit

The episode never specifies whether Ray is Jack's paternal or maternal grandfather. Is there a reason why he is assumed to be Christian's father?--Tezmata 23:33, 20 February 2009 (UTC)

  • They make it a point to say they were sent to him from Jack's mom. Knowing that Christian's father didn't approve of Margo, I'd say it's more likely that he's her father than Christian's, since clearly they keep in contact.--Tezmata 00:09, 21 February 2009 (UTC)
  • It makes more sense that Margo sent her late husband's belongings to his father than to her own father. I mean, unless Margo hated Christian's father so much that she just started sending his personal effects to his in-laws for no reason. • What about the "Shephard" name? Ray Shephard and Christian Shephard. If Ray was Margo's father, he'd probably have a different name. Of course, it is possible that through a big coincidence, Margo's maiden name is the same as Christian's family name, but it seems pretty unlikely to me. --User:Coacheez 15:38, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
