I couldn't quite think of the right word (ridicule), but the deep voice is often mocked, at least where I am in the UK. Perhaps it is very American, but the phrase (in such a tone) may not be as common here. People just impersonate it a lot. --The Smiley-Faced Balloon 09:10, 27 September 2006 (PDT)

I'm in the UK and know many people who watch it, yet I never hear it mocked. After all there are several shows that do this

- Don't merge It's a relatively defining aspect of the show, IMHO, and should be separated out. Not really appropr for the glossary, IMHO, because most people already know WHAT it is, they could come on this page for info on who does the voiceovers, etc. Not every short page deserves a merge, not all are stubs. --PandoraX 14:41, 12 November 2006 (PST)

Not Carlton
Personally, I'm not entirely convinced that it's not Carlton Cuse. The similarity is profound. However, while I'm hardly postiive, I have on more than one occasion had the feeling that the voice is Mike Rowe ([1]). KDR 15:38, 11 August 2008 (PDT)
- If it was Mike Rowe they would say it was, however he nor anyone else has. And we have had reports it's Carlton Cuse. There would be no reason to hide it. Besides Rowe has never done any other work on ABC, so hiring him to say 3 words, that in reality a large number of people could do would not be something they would likely do. Where as Carlton would likely do it for free, and is already there, so he's a very likely candidate. -Mr.Leaf 17:12, 11 August 2008 (PDT)
I am removing 'Maternity Leave' from this list
Maternity Leave is listed as an episode without the Previously on Lost segment at the beginning of the episode. This is incorrect. The 'Previously On Lost' segment in this episode shows, among other things , Rousseau telling the camp that the Others took her baby, that Ethan was not on the plane, Claire's return and the capture of Henry Gale--Thezerf 11:16, 25 April 2009 (UTC)

- Done. You just have to edit the page and, in the list of categories (over the blue bar and under the main text box), click the "x" in the category you want to delete. High-pitched
I once read in Lostpedia that in a specific episode, the Previously On Lost words are said with a higher-pitched voice than usual. However I can't seem to find which episode was that and in this article it says nothing about it. It should include that.
