I think the connection of the Others to the military is still tenuable, and can't be counted yet. Because they may have received paramilitary training (like a lot of cult members and criminals get), but not necessarily have a true affiliation. Beans and guns, nice. That imagery reminds me of (WWII) bomb shelters/hatches, and we come full circle. We can't do occupational listings for the Others yet, but has anyone done a chain-of-command tree or anything like it? well, it would obviously belong in the theories section here or on the others, but i guess it's doable. On the Others page, check "Prominent Others", which I believe is already loosely in order of importance within that society. RewritesEdit

• I think I'm going to try to overhaul this page somewhat, to make it less listy and give more information. For example, for each character listed there will be a short bit of background upon how they link to the particular job. I am also going to add a few images here and there.

I know a lot of work has gone into this page, but is it really telling us anything?
