The Economist[]

In my humble opinion this theory fits and fills every gap. The only thing that speaks against it is that no one has yet been able to predict how a Lost season will play out. Nevertheless, it's an intrinsically plausible theory and I bow to the greatness of whomever thought of it first.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ashrawi (talkcontribs) .

The Copier Man[]

Does anyone else believe the man in the copier speach in episode 1x15 (Homecoming) is Abaddon? If so, What did he want the Photo-copier for?--.Jamie 18:45, 14 January 2009 (UTC)

is Michael's son Walt (moved from theory page)[]

  • As a result of time travel, an older Walt travels back to the "present" and does work for Widmore.
    • In "The Life and Death of Jeremy Bentham", Matthew finds an excuse to wander away from Locke while he meets with Walt, to avoid the paradox of being too close to himself. Like the time traveling bunnies in the Orchid video.
      • The good old "black people" theory, last seen when people thought Michael was in the coffin because it was "in a black neighbourhood." Lol.
      • Wow seriously? This is just racist! Walt and Matthew have nothing in common other than being black. If it were a white man and there was a white kid on the show...would you people even consider this theory? That and the fact casting for older/younger versions of characters is amazingly detailed so that the viewer actually believes the illusion. There is no way, no how, not in a billion years, that the actor chosen for Abaddon would have been made if it were an older Walt. LOST is one thing if nothing else... methodically consistent.
        • Actually, people do that constantly with Aaron. If he's white, he's Aaron. If he's black, he's Walt. If she's Asian, she's Ji Yeon. Not really a race thing as much as Lost fans being obsessed with the idea of the kids going back in time and playing every minor character in the series.
          • An even more prescient example would be the (now confirmed) theory of Ethan being Horace's baby. Was that one a racist theory? Given the ratio of Black/African Americans to others on the cast, there is a greater statistical likelihood of Abaddon being Walt then there was for Horace's Child to be Ethan. Please don't look for racism everywhere. This theory can be debunked based on other facts quite easily IMO (due to time line inconsistencies). --  >: BLEF    11:25, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
        • The thing about finding an excuse to walk away actually is a good point. That, and Walt is the only one to not go back to the island.

Two sections[]

The meaning of "They" and Abaddon, Naomi and the Survivors are both sections that seem to be very unimportant now in the grand scheme of things. I doubt we will ever get 100% confirmation on either matters, and I doubt anyone even cares, because it makes no difference either way what he meant specifically. I'm going to remove these sections, but please discuss if you think I'm being too hasty. --Integrated (User / Talk) 08:58, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
