What's the point of deleting it? Just add some stuff onto it. --Keyes 09:34, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
Just because it is your opinion that the page is useless doesn't mean that it should be deleted. I happen to agree with Keyes. Please refer to the LostPedia:Theory policy. I appreciate the posting of your opinion in this discussion section. As re-runs are aired this summer one are that many Lostites will direct their attention to is literature, eg. Bad Twin or Lost: The Official Magazine. Please consider this page part of the Expanded lost Universe. Followers of The Lost Experience consider all forms of media tied to Lost looking for clues. I see this as being a potentially VERY relevant article.--Jasoncarubia 10:30, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
"no one has the magazine" - Uh, what? How could you possibly say that? Just because you don't think it's any good doesn't mean no one in the world anywhere likes it at all.
- If they did they would have posted something about it or they could not know the page is here and what point is the point of having it.--CaptainInsano
This page is only linked to on the portal, it doesn't get much advertisement. I'll add something to it when I get my first issue (#6) in the mail. --Keyes 10:41, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
I've added a few images to get the ball rolling. --Keyes 10:58, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
Does anyone have the magazine?
- I don't, can somebody get one? I know they exist, if anyone can get a issue listing that would be enough for now, We need this article, but please put something we can actually use. --GodEmperorOfHell 10:45, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
- One may purchase a magazine through the Official Lost Fan Club or ABC's website.--Jasoncarubia 10:53, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
- As a matter of fact, I have Volume 1, Issue 5 sitting right in front of me. I'll add the table of contents. That might help. --Elvis 13:04, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
- I did Volumes 6's contents, and added a bit more info. Is it still stubworthy? --The Smiley-Faced Balloon 13:04, 27 September 2006 (PDT)
What should it focus on?
I intend to get the past 2 issues posted onto the article, but do you think the contetns is a good thing to have as an article, or things we learn from the magazine and a brief overview of what is in it? --The Smiley-Faced Balloon 09:43, 5 February 2007 (PST)
Issues 7 + 8
These have been released!!!! --Princess Dharma (banned) 17:31, 17 February 2007 (PST)
No really, what should it focus on?
- I think having the table of contents as already done for some of them is a given. I'm conflicted about what else to add though. It's cool that they put out the magazine and we wouldn't want to discourage people from buying it if we take take too much of the info and out it here. There's also some cool photos of sets and things like a complete blast door map and Swan blueprints that would be useful but could be stepping on copyright issues. What do y'all think? --Jackdavinci 11:43, 31 March 2007 (PDT)
- I'm all up for copying stuff out from the 2 issues I have (4 and 5) but as you said, there's the whole copyright thing which I'm not an expert of. I added the tables of contents of issues 4 and 5 and more of the team behind the magazine, as that's all I know for sure we can get away with. That and a link to Titan Magazines homepage. --random2502 13:51, 3 September 2007 (PDT)
- I don't think a few images would infringe copyright, but full page scans might. Taking an image from a page for instance I think is OK, as long as its not the full two page spread. The magazine is a great resource with lots of set images and promotional ones never released online (like a Penny one I uploaded for the article on her). As for content, I don't like having just a TOC really, I feel like expanding with minor points and stuff. I've just started buying the magazines, and so hopefully in a week or so I'm gonna start rewriting a lot of this article and add information on other issues etc - as its time this page was sorted out. --Nickb123 (Talk) 14:34, 3 September 2007 (PDT)
We should ofcource focus on geting all the front covers up. The page is a mess. We need to get the basics in place, then we can look into how much of the material is ok to upload. For instance I think it could be ok to have scans of every single page if they are very small. The right thing to do would be to ask the publisher, I think.--Mc peko 09:39, 1 December 2007 (PST)
- I think that this is a article that needs more than just a few pictures. This article seems more like a guide to the magazine instead of giving us information. No one really needs to know what page they start to talk about Ben because if they have the magazine they have a copy of the table of contents. This page needs to have a total rewrite and just have a section outlining the normal sections that each magazine has. Then add a brief summary for each issue.--Jinx 12:48, 7 June 2008 (PDT)
- No full page scans, no full article transcripts. Images of covers, listing TOC, and brief content guides should be fine. Most of this information is now going into separate articles.-- Contrib¯ _Santa_ ¯ Talk 13:04, 12 October 2008 (PDT)
Separate
I suggest we make separate pages for each issue and I'd like to have a table with small front-cover versions of all the magazines and links to the issues. Would be nice to see all the mags together. Some issues already have pages and the article is way too long and will continue to get longer. Unless we do this. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Mc peko (talk • contribs) 03:04, 8 September 2008.
- Several articles have already been created and I am working on creating more. This is a project listed at Lostpedia:Projects. It would be helpful if you created some articles too. -- CTS Talk Contribs 16:15, 8 September 2008 (PDT)
Very nice.--Mc peko 17:37, 8 September 2008 (PDT)

- Work in progress, check with User:CTS. The current format of the main article will be overhauled in due order. -- Contrib¯ _Santa_ ¯ Talk 13:01, 12 October 2008 (PDT)
- That's good news.--Mc peko 04:47, 13 October 2008 (PDT)
- Yeah. We're basically going to eliminate the episode sections on this page, and move them to specific articles. -- Sam McPherson T C E 04:59, 13 October 2008 (PDT)
Images
I'm a little confused. I've been uploading as many images as I could onto the Segment table, but about half the ones that don't have images are retired sections. Do they really need to be on that particular table? We could put them in a separate one...It just looks very disorganized. And some, like Exodus, don't even have any logo.
