What episode does this appear in?--Jujo 09:28, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
Adding these to the main page. -PandoraX 09:40, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
- Thanks--Jujo 09:46, 8 June 2006 (PDT)
- No problem... P.S. I'm not certain if I've got the proper notation for referencing episodes in this wiki page; if someone wants to link and edit notation, go ahead. --PandoraX 09:51, 8 June 2006 (PDT)

3 Par?
Edit
Does Hurley actually say the course is "3 par?" I can see the two holes being 3 par individually (for a total of 6 par), but no way is that whole "course" 3 par.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by skidoo (talk • contribs) .
Gallery Query
Edit
Just wondering, how come galleries are illegal here but not on other Wiki-sites such as HeroesWiki?—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Thenumbersdude (talk • contribs) .
- It depends on where the wiki is hosted. I am unsure of HeroesWiki but Lostpedia is hosted in the United States and we obey US law. We have never been warned or had a problem with galleries, we choose to obey the law and try to stay out of trouble. It's up to other wikis whether they want to do so or not. -Mr.Leaf 16:00, 6 February 2008 (PST)
- HeroesWiki is also hosted in the US, and in fact has a disclaimer on their image pages which says "This image is a screenshot of a copyrighted television program, video podcast, webcomic, or station ID. As such, the copyright for it is most likely owned by the company or corporation that produced it. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots for identification and critical commentary on the station ID or program and its contents on Heroes Wiki, which is hosted on servers in the United States, qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law." Also, if you look up 'fair use' on wikipedia, and look at the internet section, legally images can be used if not intented for viewing in high resolution, and if necessary for the intended purpose.
So just for future reference, galleries are technically legal on WikiSites; I understand your concerns, but its an old issue. As long as they are single images which highlight/enhance the descriptions of the subject, they're completely legal. --Thenumbersdude 19:03, 6 February 2008 (PST)
Can we explain how Hurley built the golf course?

Golf course on the Mesa?
Edit
Is the golf course situated on the mesa? From the pics I've seen, it looks like it is. -- CTS Talk Contribs 15:02, 16 June 2008 (PDT)
- It's very likely, maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to add another pic of 2 of the gold course?--Mistertrouble189 15:08, 16 June 2008 (PDT)
- meant to type "or" in "pic of 2 of the..."
You can see the mesa in the golf course in this pic. -- CTS Talk Contribs 15:22, 16 June 2008 (PDT)
Hm, looks like it. Cool.--Mistertrouble189 15:35, 16 June 2008 (PDT)
