There seems to be new activity at http://www.globalwelfareconsortium.com/ . I'm not sure if the game is afoot again (Eloise Hawking signs the letter). Some friends and I have taken the italicized letters in the post and come up with 'Widmore vs Shephard'. I don't know what it means though or whether to add it to this site.
