Is everyone a Dharma Recruiter? Edit

Is there any evidence that she's a recruiter, or are we going to add this "theory" to every background character ever? Did she do anything to encourage Locke (or anyone else) to go to Australia?

Personally, I don't think there are any recruiters, but I see the point in suggesting that Malkin might have been one. But where there's no indication that they ever had any connection to a lostie actually getting on the plane, can we not just leave it off the page? I think that any claims that someone is arecruiter should be backed by reasons why the poster thinks that's the case. In this instance, I don't see any sense to it at all. --Wintermute 13:18, 14 July 2006 (PDT)

I added a note here reading "May be chief pope of the ninja-monkeys", and it lasted all of 5 minutes before getting deleted with the question "who are the ninja-monkeys?". I can't say I'm all that surprised about the deletion, but I'd like to take a moment to explain the point:

The ninja-monkeys are a group of people (or possibly monkeys) whose existence has never been alluded to in Lost, or in any of the official rumors. However, neither has anyone ever flat-out said that they don't exist. If ninja-monkeys do exist, they explain certain otherwise inexplicable occurences - it was them, for example, who threw the dead bird at Walt's window when he reached the appropriate page.

There's no reason to assume that the ninja-monkeys exist in Lost, and even if they do, there's absolutely no evidence that Francine is one of them, let alone their chief pope (as an aside, does anyone know haow many popes the ninja-monkeys have?). Which makes it at least as likely as the "theory" that she's a Dharma recruiter.

Why is one deleted and not the other? --Wintermute 10:07, 17 July 2006 (PDT)

Thanks for the explaination it sort caught me by suprise when I saw.--CaptainInsano

I am starting to think the dharma recruiter thing is as annoying as every single male theorized to be Him. I am in favor of rooting out every reference to dharma recuiters. It seems it's a work for the Ninja Monkeys. --†††GodEmperorOfHell††† 10:12, 17 July 2006 (PDT)

Especially when cannonically dead characters are theorised to be Him... --Wintermute 10:48, 17 July 2006 (PDT)
