Merge stub into literary techniques -- LOSTonthisdarnisland 01:41, 21 April 2008 (PDT)
- Merge: As per previous comment. The literary techniques page is excellent and encompassing, and can cover the technique without the need for a "See main article" line considering lack of info --Nickb123 (Talk) 09:21, 6 May 2008 (PDT)
Merge stub into literary techniques; it fits well into that category but doesn't stand well on its own. --GrammarGal 13:07, 18 July 2008 (PDT)
This is just the beginning stages of this page. There is a LOT of foreshadowing and this page will surely grow. I wouldn't suggest merging until we have an idea of how big this page will get. Msett 20:40, June 6, 2010 (UTC)
Rewatch Season
Edit
Now it's time for rewatch season to begin! Feel free to add foreshadowings you notice once you begin your rewatch (I know most of us are going to want to see the whole show again now that it's done and see if we can pick up on little pieces we missed before. If you find any of these pieces, add them here!) Msett 20:49, June 6, 2010 (UTC)

Horses
Edit
- Kate asks Charlie if he thinks there are horses on the Island, and Charlie states that he has never seen one. Later, Kate, along with Locke, Sayid and Danielle, would find a large number of horses at The Flame. ("What Kate Did") ("Enter 77")
That's a fun thing to note on the episode pages, but I doubt they inserted the original horse line to foreshadow horses on the island. Instead, it simply referenced Kate's horse. --- Balk Of Fame ♪ talk 21:58, June 22, 2010 (UTC)
Locke is Claire's friend
Edit
- Charlie says to Claire "Now Locke's your friend." referring to how close Locke and Claire have become and how jealous Charlie is. When Locke becomes the Man in Black, he becomes Claire's friend while she is on the island for three years. ("Fire + Water") ("Lighthouse")
"Lighthouse" might have called back to the line in "Fire + Water". But the writers didn't write "Fire + Water" to foreshadow that the MIB as Lockje would befriend Claire. They had no idea at the time that that would even happen. --- Balk Of Fame ♪ talk 22:01, June 22, 2010 (UTC)
