This character is a background extra who is not credited. In general we do not have articles for background characters unless they are explicitly named by the dialog (e.g. Nancy) or props (e.g. Mike (The Man Behind the Curtain), or are otherwise deemed notable, e.g. The DeGroots. This character is none of these. Therefore this article should be deleted, or else for consistency we need to create an article for every even mildly notable character in every crowd in every scene of every episode. Carrying a camera prop is not notable.
