RenameEdit

Why are there "\"s in the title of the page? Shouldn't this page be simply named Ab Aeterno transcript stlgirl 01:23, March 25, 2010 (UTC)

I think that's the default format for a new page. Agree it should be renamed to the same format as the other transcript pages. It is also missing the standard header section for transcripts with links to other transcripts etc. Beelzebubbles101 04:57, March 25, 2010 (UTC)

Yes - Yes, rename. Better yet, just delete this page altogether. 9 acts? Who the hell worked that out? Act breaks do not come at the switch of time periods. Richard burying the cross>Richard digging up the cross is not an act break. Just delete this mess, the other one is already formatted correctly.--Baker1000 00:35, March 26, 2010 (UTC)

Formatting issues with Spanish and EnglishEdit

I'm not sure what's the best way to handle the mix of Spanish and Englsh dialogue, with and without subtitles. Hopefully eventually someone who speaks Spanish ( I don't ) will transcribe the actual spoken Spanish and we can have it alongside the English subtitles I've typed in. I'm not sure what's a sensible format for laying that out in the transcript. Check with previous transcripts where there's mixed language and see how it was done ? Ideally the format should make it clear which English lines are originally spoken in English, and which are subtitles of spoken Spanish. A few places I've marked whether the characters were speaking Spanish or English, where it's important to who could understand who etc. Beelzebubbles101 08:54, March 25, 2010 (UTC)

Subtitles are verbatimEdit

There's some questionable use of capitals in the English subtitles, e.g. "hell" instead of "Hell". But I've written them down exactly and I think it's best not to correct them, they are what they are, it's not the transcriber's place to second-guess the show. When I've transcribed spoken English, I've followed standard rules of capitalisation. Not sure if the inconsistency matters, or what do about it... Beelzebubbles101 08:54, March 25, 2010 (UTC)

Some wikis use a template {{Sic}} when they are directly quoting or reproducing something. It points out that something unusual isn't a transcription error, but a mistake made in the original. Perhaps, we could use it here? -- Deltaneos (talk) 10:38, March 25, 2010 (UTC)
I went just plain text " [sic] ", it looks a bit ugly but it's only a few words here and there.Beelzebubbles101 21:22, March 26, 2010 (UTC)
