Simon's Butcher Shop is a butcher shop located in Los Angeles, corner of Grand and Hayes. Ben's contact Jill works there, and Ben stores Locke's body in the shop's walk-in cooler. ("316")

• Simon Pace was a butcher, but his shop was located in Manchester, United Kingdom.
• The Biblical Simon was raised in a family who were fishermen; Simon also became a fisherman with his brother Andrew. Simon two sons, James and John. All four family members became disciples and followed Jesus, who gave Simon the name "Cephas" ("Peter" in Greek). It was Peter who was credited with being the "rock" of Christian faith because of his preaching the word and works of Jesus.
