Theories

Sanjay worked at the front desk of the motel that Kate visited when she was on the run. When she arrived, he was playing a video game. Kate said she was expecting a letter under the name "Joan Hart," an alias. He pulled out a shoe box and handed her the letter. ("Born to Run")
