Richard Peter Schroer, also credited as Richard Schroer, is the 1st Assistant Director on first unit and Second Unit Director on Lost's production crew. Schroer has also been credited as Co-Producer on some episodes, such as "A Tale of Two Cities", "Not in Portland" and "The Man Behind the Curtain". He is noted as being the first name to appear in the end credits of each episode since season 3.
He is also credited as a Co-producer on all of the mobisodes, along with Brian K. Vaughan and Samantha Thomas.
Schroer is featured in the DVD extras "Lost In A Day" and "Crew Tribute with Evangeline Lilly" (where his nickname is revealed as "Schro") in Lost: The Complete Third Season (DVD).
