Rachel was Tom Brennan's wife and the mother of their child Connor. She is assumed to have the same surname as her husband, Brennan.

Rachel was mentioned in "Born to Run", but was only seen in a picture on the Brennan's refrigerator. Kate commented when looking at the photos that Tom's child was "beautiful". Tom replied, "That's from Rachel". He also said, "She's over in Cedar Rapids visiting her folks".
