Before the crash
- Claire took a pregnancy test in "Raised by Another", which she shows Thomas in their apartment. The result was positive, with her son Aaron being born on the island after the crash.
- Sarah told Jack in "The Hunting Party" that she took a pregnancy test, but she told him the result was negative.
- Kate, in "I Do", takes a pregnancy test, the result of which is negative.
- Juliet's sister Rachel takes a Widmore test in "Not in Portland" which is positive.
After the crash
- A pregnancy test was given to, and taken by Sun in "The Whole Truth". Sawyer had found it with the items he took from the crash. The pregnancy test result did come out positive.
